I’m trying to envision a 40 year old healthy and crisp Chris Paul…

I want CP on the Bucks because it's really easy to hate CP until you root for him for 82 games and learn to love the little hyper competitive ****.

(I like both the Suns and bucks and loathed CP until he got to PHX)

Beal-Likely bought as a trade with Miami is not likely. Down to MLW/Mia

Paul-Clippers/Suns front runners. Mentions Bucks but immediately talks about how Paul has been away from his family for 6 years. Brings up how we are looking for a PG with only KPJ on the roster.

Dame in no rush to sign anywhere.

Beal is such a huge swing for us roster wise.

He would give us a real legit '2nd' guy

Beal sucks. Would take him as a minimum buy-out but he's not as good as KPJ at this point.

This isn't CP3 of 10 years ago. Hell, not even 5 years ago.

I'd rather have Rollins than CP3 of course but come on, get them both.

Landing this offseason with Beal and CP3 would be so depressing.

Rollins has another level that he seems motivated to reach. Cp3 could pay off but we need the potential for more.

This season is gonna be about Giannis. Put another young, hungry kid who we know can guard his position and has some **** you in him.

Beal is still a good player but he was a terrible fit for phx on a bad contract. Beal is in the Herro, Reaves, C. White, and McCollum tier of combo guards. Beal main problem besides health is that Phx needed a Jrue Holiday, Derrick White, Jalen Suggs, Dyson Daniels, or Alex Caruso type guard next to Booker.

Horst should be smart after the Prince experience and not bring CP3. We all know Doc will play his vet despite having better and younger options available.

Yes, and Beal was fine 2 years ago. Last years disaster was because they didn't have a coach. Bud was absent. Beal will have a bounce back year.

My main issue against Beal is that he's just not that competitive.

I like the idea of adding a playmaker on the wing so much better than at PG

Any indication of the chances the Beal move gets done?

Beal was massive for me assists wise in a fantasy league maybe 5, 6 years ago. He played a lot of PG in WAS. Would much rather have Beal than the corpse of Chris Paul.

Yeah, thats what i worry about with Beal as well. We need guys who want to lock in and compete at a high level.

I know we have a lot of room with the luxury tax but what do we have to use besides vet mins?

Beal is more broken than khris. He and Gary Harris could compete to see who gets more hours in the tub in the trainers room

Just looked at Marks Twitter we have the room exception and Miami has full MLE.

Seems like an uphill climb and I don't think anyone on the Bucks roster has any significant ties to Beal.

For sake of argument, i dont think it matters. Beal gets paid the same either way. But i suspect he will pick miami. Unserious, miami life. If he picks us over South beach ill believe in him a little more

Neither Beal or CP3 solves the problem of Buck's guards stopping dribble penetration. It makes it worse.

Defense is half the game and while CP3 in his prime was a really good defender, he's horrible now and has to be hidden. Heck, he had to be hidden when he played for the Suns.
