A better question is why would he come here when he can get more playing time elsewhere?

If he comes here, they definitely should give him a nice role. Starting spot not guaranteed. Maybe a shot at the ring?

he is def approaching the ring chase phase of his career if he hasn't gotten there already. phoenix was supposed to contend.

i'd mess with it for the min if he wanted to come along. why not?
RIP magnumt

thanks for everything, thibs.

doubt he'd get much playtime in the playoffs if he comes here.

i don't think we should play any lineup with brunson and beal at the 1 and 2 together for any appreciable amount of time for defense reasons in the playoffs. throw kat in the mix and a disaster is brewing

The SG spot might be open and move Josh Hart to the bench. With that said, Brown is going to deploy a motion offense and is Beal okay moving around?

That’s alright. He’d be a better version of Clarkson

I am think Kispert or Olynk makes more sense at around 14 mil starting.

At most maybe Marcus Smart 21 mil per year.

Also like others have said I actually like our chances at that wizards pick conveying.

he wouldn't get much playtime if we treated him that way, so probably wouldn't come

If you can convince beal to sign. He will be your starting shooting guard.

This leaves a bench of

Deuce
Clarkson
Hart
French dude
Robinson

Now you can shop Mitch/Duece/Hart for your legitimate starting center.

Brunson
Beal
Bridges
OG
Towns

Pretty sure Exum already resigned with the Mavs. Makes me think this guy is just making stuff up.

Definitely not. Did you see the guy that posted it? Assumption based on nothing.

Beal inferior to Hart stats in all but 3pt%. And he's old and selfish and doesn't play D. But then he brought so much to Phoenix he should be our shooting guard. :noway: Then, again, Beal and Wall (in his prime) brought a championship to the Wiz, so why not!

If you bring in Beal then you have to get rid of Deuce. Get Simmons. Beal needs to be a starter. And that doesn't work too well with Bridgesxand Mikal.

I think the Yabusele signing is better for the Knicks than the Clarkson one. I'm pretty convinced on Yabusele. Not at all sure about Clarkson.

I'd do it. Grimes fits better with the starting unit than Hart b/c he can shoot. the only thing Hart really does better is rebound

same. really like the Yabusele signing. perfect backup 4. Clarkson for the min is great, but w/ rumors that Beal is hitting the market, I'd rather him
