Re: Hedo Turkoglu vs Richard Jefferson
Jefferson's prime lasted longer, he played a lot more minutes. More consistent player where Turkoglu was a guy who would come in and either get hot or be a nonentity. Both primarily shooters, average defenders when I saw them. Similar impact in larger minutes so, I have to give Jefferson career.
Best year, Jefferson in 06 scored 19.5 (6.3 reb, 3.8 ast). He had a couple of years scoring 22+ but less efficiently; his TS Added in 06 comes out to 171.1 with a strong playoff run (22.2 points on .633 ts%). Turkoglu in his MIP year of 08 also scored 19.5 (5.7, 5.0) but with significantly lower efficiency, his TS Added comes out to 99.0. Playoffs were nothing special (17.5 on .543 ts%). His next best year, Hedo only averaged 16.8. So, RS I have to give best year to Jefferson as well.
