Exactly

They're both pretty washed compared to their peak but for me it comes down to our biggest need from the bench: someone who can create their own shot.

Khris may have lost athleticism but he can still shoot over people. He also has a proven history of meshing with Giannis. Not sure if we can say the same thing about Chris in either regard

Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

Ive been around basketball a long time, even in the skills development realm. Lets just say, um, changing the hand you shoot with is not a good sign for future high percentage shooting. Its kind of a “we give up and will try anything” type move.

This does not seem like it makes sense.

I don't how know legit that is but I would love to reunite 3 of the former Celtics in Milwaukee. Timelord, Smart & Grant Williams.

Didn't Tristan Thompson do that too? Don't remember it helping him too much...

This made sense before the Turner move. Pat for Williams. POR saved a few million this year and got a locker room guy. We got a lottery ticket. Doesn't make much sense now besides Kuz for Williams. Would rather have the salary slot next year.(Not to mention POR wouldn't want Kuz)

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.

I swear they all hate the team. They always take thet pragmatic non-optimistic take because they want to appear to have journalistic integrity to other nba writers.

Teams don't have ceilings in July.

There aren't ceilings in the east in today's NBA. What was the Pacers ceiling last year? The Heat a few years ago? Are there two teams that are locking the Bucks out from even having a punchers chance? It's basically the Cavs and ? And even the Cavs didn't last long last year

I’d be looking for a long term replacement obviously but man, on a vet min that solves a lot of problems

He's healthy for an offseason for the 1st time in years. Bounce back year uploading

He hurt his knee and was subsequently shut down at the end of last season. We all know the typical Khris Summer is a surgery we will hear about in August.

The knee was just a bruise, and he was shut down because he helped them win too much. He healthy and working out for the 1st time in years.

He shot left handed in high school.

What a gift for Sims to get away from Thibs and get to a player development team.

900 followers. If someone legit tweets this that's something. That's not this guy

I love how it says " source tells ESPN" but this isn't from ESPN.

Yeah, ESPN is sitting on trade rumors now because they don't want the clicks.

Well, it usually isn't. The player would need to agree to it, but it's a better development path for the player than going back to Europe.

Disagree, g league is trash compared to europe coaching its just that a “drafted” player will get more minutes with the ball in his hands than in europe where he has to earn minutes. Developmentally though i think college or europe is better than g league hands down. Theres no passing or defense in g league ball. Bogo is way more skilled on both sides of the ball than Smith is at the same age

I think there's a little more to development than the games. AJ Johnson made huge strides in his skill level during last season.

Practicing with the nba team while getting playing time in the g league is more beneficial than good minutes in Europe imo

The one way that this could make sense if it was a 3 way deal, with Williams going the the Pacers. Make the Turner deal a sign and trade.

Sure, it wouldn't make sense for Portland to want Kuzma, but who thought they'd want Jrue and his contract?

If he is unsigned isn’t he playing for free why would he do that especially the risk of getting injured

He wouldn't be playing for free, but it wouldn't be NBA money, hence why it's rare.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
