Yeah he’s clogging up the paint too often looking for an entry pass. He’s gonna have to recalibrate to avoid messing up flow & spacing too often, especially as a role player.

Depends on how they play. VJ driving hitting the brakes and pulling up smoothly and hitting shots was something we weren't sure he had in his bag yet. It's encouraging that he displays a natural feel for the game which can't be taught, a player either has it or not. VJ has demonstrated it frequently tonight even in a chaotic environment like summer league.

Ace's form already looks different. His lower body is just so out of control on his shots.

I imagine if BC or Brand were around, we would've drafted that bozo.

Edgecombe isn't comfortably enough with that left hand yet. Once that happens, he's going to be a lot for any defender to handle since he's so ridiculously fast.

I dont like the fact that they dont own their pick next year, though depending on how the season goes I think VJ should be playing point guard to get him reps dribbling. Even if it's only for 6 minutes a game.

VJ really hasn't left me with any doubts. It feels so good seeing a draft pick just come out and play ball. Like it almost never happens like this for us. Usually it's some kind of bizarre issue and we're left wondering did we just get Fultz'd again?

In Morey we trust. He should keep trading for more picks.
