Should have got more than one run there
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I don’t normally mind Lane, but he’s been spending too much time with Vinny, they’re pretty terrible today.

Anemic offense. Need to find a way to win this.

If Bauers didn't botch it there it would have been a pickoff. But the second one he's definitely safe.

Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Hall pitched 2 yesterday and Ashby went 2.1 on Friday, not sure who the long guy is today since Woody will probably be on a short leash. We really need to win this series.

Easton McGee can probably provide length if necessary

Re: Brewers/Marlins Series
Contreras, Frelick, Hoskins, Monasterio, Turang and Yelich have faced Cabrera. Contreras is 3-7. The rest are 1-17. Cabrera was great in his last start Tuesday against the Twins. 7 innings, 0 runs, 2 hits, 6 K's.
Edwards, Fortes, Hill, Myers and Sanchez have faced Woodruff, going a combined 1-18.
Woodruff has a mutual option at $20 million next year or a buyout at $10 million. Ouch.

Expectations are beyond low, but will be glad (at least once) to see Woody out there again, even if only for his sake.

I'm very happy for Woodruff, he's had a long road back. At the same time it will be a little depressing watching him throw 92 mph fastballs.

Re: Brewers/Marlins Series
Good movement and Location for Woody so far. The lack of oomph on his fastball will get him in trouble someday but that high 96mph pitch was promising. I'm happy he's able to pitch again at the very least.
only a fan, only an opinion

94 and 96 in that inning. Sheeeesh. Did not expect this at all.
