Jesse probably does start at first.

If Shannon doesn’t dominate these SL kids, something is wrong.

My best guess is he'll play one or two games, dominate and not be seen again.

Even on summer league level we lack 3PT shooters

3pt shooters or gunners??

Clark hit 43% last year, small sample size

TSJ hit 35% on small sample size

Dilly 34%

I'm not sure on the Iowa kids. I thought Miller was low to mid 30%

Now none of them are gunners, but seem to be ok knocking down a spot up 3

Exactly. Our SL roster is full of either low volume shooters, or non natural shooters.

A motion 3pt shooter is the biggest missing piece from our developmental group. We have a lot of player archetypes among our young guys, but a good volume 3pt shooter is not one of them.

Yeah. It really is too bad there wasn’t someone like that available at 17.

We will regret passing on Walter Clayton Jr.

I don't think so. I think we will be very happy with Beringer.

This is probably the most interesting summer league team the Wolves have put together in a long time. With the backup PG and 4th big roles wide open, both Dillingham and Miller have an opportunity to solidify their claims and show they are ready for NBA minutes. I am also excited to see Beringer and Zikarsky in order to get a baseline on where they are at developmentally.

I just struggle to classify Miller as a big man... admittedly he would be a PF, and possibly could play with Naz if he flashes, just don't see him ever as a 5. That said, if Miller shows out I think it raises the chances of Julius going bye bye, or Miller...less of a return though.

Well, I struggle to classify Miller as a basketball player...

At some point I thought he is a high energy big, but then I saw him benched in gleague game after showing no effort.

One one hand he hasn't bulked up much, on another hand he hasn't added 3pt shot, nor any ball skills.

Holy negativity Batman. Tell us how you really feel. The Wolves must have saw more in him than you to keep him.

Oh, I am not saying I don't see potential...but I see him as more of a 3/4 tweener than a 4/5. He was drafted as a SF. I loved it when they picked him. A summer league lineup of:

PG Dilly
SG Clark
SF TSJ
PF Miller
C. Beringer

Could be stupid fast and fun to watch, really, Miller could be the 2nd best offensive player in that group behind Dilly...how's that for optimism. If the end up sitting TSJ I would love to see Miller shift to the 3, Beringer to the 4, and Rocco at the 5.
