It would be nice to throw in a team option for a longer deal with older guy (Pat's deal would have been easier to move at deadline) but as long as Horst is GM, no agent will ever have to give in to that demand

SF clearly our worst position. Hoping we're searching everywhere to find the right guy(s) be it trade or scouting rookies. Need to use some two ways on the best possible development wings out there.

Rollins reminds me a little bit of George Hill.

Depends who Doc makes the primary ball handler in the first unit. If this really is Giannis at PG than Rollins. If it's more traditional to start than KPJ with Giannis being the primary when he's with the second unit.

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.

Rollins is not gonna get that much playing time. I don’t think with Doc here.

Wot? Paul's in his 40's. There's nothing outlandish about that statement. Rollins was already a dog on d, he got quick hooked for 1 game that wasn't so good offensively, and most our guys who came good struggled their 1st playoffs (Giannis, Trent, Green, etc.).

KPJ/Giannis was the east's best net rating duo. They blended together beautifully, namely in the pick and roll. Giannis also needs a guy who can play off ball well enough but then cook at the end of shot clocks like he can't. That's KPJ, not Rollins. Not out of the realm they're the backcourt.
We'd especially struggle in close games if KPJ didn't finish games, as the roster is presently constructed.

Re: Bucks News, Trade Ideas, Transactions - Rollins Back, 3/$12 million
This off-season has exceeded my expectations for sure, but I remain concerned that Porter is our second best creator. Really hope he's up to the task. I don't think we really have a better option outside of trading all of our remaining assets but it is nerve-racking still that we are currently relying on probably him or Kuzma (if you want to argue Trent over Kuzma, I get it, but it's not great either way) to be our go-to guy after Giannis.
Going to have to hope this team is greater than the sum of its parts, which hasn't been our forte in recent years.
Again though, I think this off-season has gone better than anyone could have reasonably expected.

One could speculate Paul told them no, so they got this deal done.
Still holding out hope for the 5% chance of Beal. He fits a need badly.

This is how simple this all is. PLAYOFFS!!! Who is going to perform in the playoffs? It’s a whole different beast. I don’t give a crap what Ryan Rollins does when the games don’t matter. You saw what happened to Kuzma when it mattered … He was unplayable. Did anybody see Ryan Rollins? All I give a crap about is winning playoff games. That’s what this is all about. If Ryan Rollins is that guy that’s gonna get us over that hump then I will eat a big fat crow.

I don’t dislike anybody that is in Milwaukee Bucks player. Except for Damian Lillard because he never wanted to be a buck. And I don’t like Doc Rivers. Other than that, thumbs up

Doc started Rollins when Dame got hurt. The way Doc handled Rollins was like the one thing Doc did right all last season
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"
