Class act as usual. Hope he continues the success with giants of Africa.

It’s bigger than basketball.

He's got too much class to be an employee for NBA franchises.

Carried himself professionally, succeeded at the highest level in one of pro sport's toughest markets, and was show such disrespect that his first opportunity to say thanks and good bye was on Good Morning America. And even then he showed the utmost gratefulness, class, and appreciation.

Probing for a job at GMA

Thought Pelley hinted at media availability for Masai, would be nice if he could give us one more stump speech and let us know what we have in Bobby and Dan.

Either way, he’s a Raptors legend and it’ll be cool to see him in Toronto with his charity efforts. I feel like he won’t be taking some other FO job, more like a Mutombo ambassadorship.

Don't some teams have "Builders" banners up in the rafters? Would love to see at the 1st home game of the season a Masai banner unveiled.

Masai should have said F Rogers and walked off the stage, like he did in the infamous f Brooklyn!

still such a hardblow. Represented us so well! Though he made us even prouder to be black in America&Africa, It was just as great to see how much of an equal opportunity guy he was! Look at freaking Bobby for godsakes  , the women he hired and so many others. Just the image of progress!!!

It's going to be tough for me to have the same passion for this team as time goes on. Masai and Kyle Lowry are both Raptor legends forever. Thanks Masai for 12 solid years of great basketball... you'll forever be missed!

What if he eventually replaces Riley? I think Masai has the gravitas, cache and brand name recognition to lead Miami.
