Duncan trade hasn’t been made official yet…possibly the Heat expand the trade?

That just means the trade fell through and he’s coming back to Miami

We see you Palestine and we love you

Giddey would be a great under the radar move but Miami would never be so smart and as dumb as Chicago is, they would never take that return unless they got another young player or picks.

If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I don't even like Giddy's game that much but at least he's young and improving.
I don't think some around here grasp just how bad we're going to be if we just run it back with the same team.
I'm talking fighting to be a play-in team with a real chance to miss the play-in completely.
I'm down for a total blowup sending Bam and Herro for picks, I'm ok with trading Herro for a Giddy/Coby white combo - I'm basically down for whatever because we have nothing and we're going nowhere - as long as we don't send out picks we have nothing to lose in my book.
Sure, gamble on Giddy. Why the hell not.

I don't assume any legitimacy to the Giddey trade there, but I had thought about getting him previously with this stalemate. I think he is value at 30 mill a year for the next 5 years if that is what he is asking, and fills the playmaking need for us. I would consider trading Herro for him. Especially if it averages 30 mill a season and starts lower. It means you can still have max space next year and still keep FA's like Jovic if the price is right.

For the sake of Bam’s mental health, the Heat need to go get Beal if he is interested in signing with us. Keep your big man happy and act like you’re trying to improve the team and not make him feel like you’re wasting his prime.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

I love everything about Bam, he's a hard worker, seems like a great guy, good teammate, fits Heat culture, seems loyal, likable, humble.
The issue is that for him to get to the heights he's talking about - he's simply doesn't have that natural god given insane level talent that Wade and LBJ had. But He can get to the tier below if he continues on his current path.

Respect to Bam, how’s he supposed to stay focused on that interview with a woman dressed like that right in front of him? No wonder he’s looking down.

With all due respect to Bam -
Getting Beal will -
1) Take touches and shots from guys that might actually have a future here (Beal doesn't).
2) Might win us a few more regular season games and by that hurt our next draft, despite us still having a bad year because he's not good enough to make us a real playoff team.
3) Be boring and depressing as f^ck, knowing we're watching old leftovers that lead to nothing besides him trying to get a new contract elsewhere.
Let's not Beal.

Beal and Herro would be very redundant. I know Beal wouldn’t accept a 6th man role and you can’t play either guy at the 3
That said if he has real interest in coming here you get him and hope something sticks with the east being as wide open as it is next season. We should still grab Derozan if available
