Clearly the clippers are bringing in a different shooting guard now. It just doesn't make any sense to trade Powell otherwise.

Chucker to me is a guy who takes bad shots. Unfortunately, for Kuzma, that includes almost every shot. He needs to stick to filling the lanes and work on finishing.

he shot significantly less often and had better efficiency last year than bobby portis.

whats been your take on bobby? is bobby a chucker?

Yeah... Kuzma should be working on his 3 and D stuff and he'll be in the league for many more years. If he keeps up his MCW bs he'll be overseas sooner than later. His catch and shoot and corner 3s are good.. he's just impatient or exciteable idk.. play more vet-like Kuz

I’d imagine they feel pretty confident they can land Beal when he’s bought out.

Nope on Beal.

Higher on Harris than most.

As much as I dislike Kuz, the Bucks would be smart to give him a chance to add back some value before moving him.

The pieces are there to be really good defensively.

Media tears will be delicious.

Agree, I actually think this team has a chance to be the best defense in the league if we find the right SF. I love what Horst has done so far this off-season. Now just finish it off with one more move

We don't need Beal, we need a legit SF. As much as I like that we have all our young-ish guards for next year (KPJ, AJ, GTJ, Rollins) and Turner is a serious front court upgrade, going into next season with Doc still having Kuzma/Prince available to him is frustrating. You just know the moron is gonna start one of them, possibly even both again. It seems absurd that we'd need to "Doc proof" our roster but it is what it is. At the very least, even if they can't find a trade partner for Kuzma, Prince never should've been re-signed let alone for 2 years.

Yeah... i'm not sure why we resigned Prince; my guess is that he's a good lockerroom guy and the calculations pointed to that we weren't going to get anyone better at that price. It might be a mistake but it's not expensive. Doc can make it look much worse. I feel entirely the same way about resigning Portis being that I haven't seen him cover anyone in a long time.

Lol what?

Did the okc parade go off a cliff and take Orlando and Houston with them? There's zero chance of that. 4th or 5th overall is going to be the ceiling

If Doc uses Prince correctly, as just the backup 3, maybe some spot minutes as a backup 4, then that's fine. He shouldn't be forced into playing the 2 or playing more than 25 minutes a night

Rollins coming back is huge.. even got that Horsty player option in there lol. Great job keeping all these young players... i didn't think we could. This is why we didn't have to find 3 players to sign with the Turner money. We still got similarly effective rotation guys while grabbing the best free agent available.

The only two moves that are officially official are Bobby resigning and the Pat trade, right?

He's more than fine as a backup 3. He's also constantly been touted as a good locker room guy. Once again, we have to put a Doc asterisk on all these moves though

If it's true that making Turner move an S&T opens up out MLE again, it seems like a no brainer to do this.

Seems to me if Indy is pissed we sniped Turner why would they help us when we have so few assets to give back? A TPE they don’t plan on using?

im actually shocked that we didnt give him 1/1. Having him at 4M next season no matter what is really awesome. Especially since we already had his early bird and next offseason would have been full bird.

Now i can put all my future contract anxiety into the KPJ basket.

Well, yes, they may want to preserve the salary slot just in case. Its not like they have to use the whole thing. Comes down to how much they want to have that vs how much we want to have the mle/bae
