From what I saw of Fox, it wasn’t that he is a bad 3 pt shooter, he just had to shoot 3’s at such a high volume with not much help that it lead to poor shot selection. The Spurs were 6th in 3PA per game. He could get up to 37% again in the right system.
His best shooting season (37%) from 3 came with his highest averaged attempts (nearly 8 a game in 23-24). For his career he's been up and down. Maybe the Spurs are fine with that and just want all the guards that just get downhill with Wemby but it feels more prudent for them to find more consistent shooting for that roster now with Castle and Harper in the mix.
