If Ben was the most valuable Piston then we probably wouldn't have seen them win 53 and 59 games the 2 years after ditching him. The only reason they didn't win more in 07 was because they were playing Webber & Nazr at the 5. Once they started McDyess the team was humming again.

The real drop off came after they moved Billups for Iverson, cratering to 39 wins while the Nuggets he was sent to actually got better.
