Never bothered with Summer league, should I? ... I'm more pre-season/regular season NBA. I'm warming up to the idea of Summerleague just because it's B-ball.
My Go Team
Magic, Jordan, Pippen, Duncan, Shaq

My Counter
Stockton, Kobe, Bird, Rodman, Dirk

Today's Team
Luka, SGA, Tatum, Giannis, Wemby

It's terrible basketball to watch TBH, but if you like the incoming class, that alone is enough to check it out. You watch the rookies that intrigue you, or even those you were skeptical about.

But at the end of the day, the Summer League doesn't matter, unless you're in year 3-4 and still look clueless.

The idea of summer league is always better than the actual games. But I watch because I’m a basketball junkie.

I decided not to go this year. I couldn't find a two or three-day block in which my ten favorite teams were playing each other very much. But I may watch on TV, depending if I have anything else going on.

I recommend going in person. I went in 2018, and it was a 10/10 NBA experience. I've almost never watched it on TV, though. I usually just catch the YT highlights.

I’ve gone a few times in person.

It’s a good excuse to go to Vegas but even in person it’s pretty boring lol.

It’s probably your best chance to chase autographs if you’re into that. The players were constantly walking around and somewhat accessible.

I saw Zion’s summer league debut and that was actually electric. The crowd felt like a playoff game and then there was an earthquake lol. That was probably peak summer league for me

Minnesota has three first round picks on its roster and three players who spent time in the regular season rotation for a team that won 48 games and went to the WCF.

Me too...although the Blazer summer league team might be the worst in the history of the SL. No joke...

This is ridiculous

https://www.reuters.com/sports/nba-summer-league-sees-record-prices-admission-2025-07-08/

The ticket prices for the Mavs-Lakers summer league game are outrageous, over $200 for general admission, over $2500 for courtside. I guess they did a good job of hyping Flagg vs. Bronny
