The Dallas Mavericks have signed Moussa Cisse and Matthew Cleveland to Exhibit 10 contract. Both Cisse and Cleveland will go to training camp on non-guaranteed deals with a chance to compete for roster spots.
Cisse went undrafted out of Memphis at the 2025 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-11 big man averaged 5.7 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game as a senior for the Tigers.
Cleveland went undrafted out of Miami at the 2025 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-7 wing averaged 17.6 points on 51/38/78 shooting splits as a senior for the Hurricanes.
