If we had Nikola Jokic to play 42 minutes a game and stop Westbrook from trying to be Westbrook he makes more sense on the roster, sure.

The idea of just unleashing Westbrook in non Giannis minutes is so **** gross, it's literally the opposite of what even made him remotely playable in Denver. They literally turned him into Bruce Brown so he could be effective. And then said they rather have Bruce Brown back.

Westbrook declined his player option with Denver. Not the other way around.

Blaming Westbrook for Denver’s bench being terrible is something else. We have made fun off the Jokic on/off numbers for years because Denver runs the dumbest lineups imaginable when he is off the floor.

Surrounding Russ with shooters and Turner/Bobby is fine.

You surprised the westbrook haters will blane him n only him for everything that went wrong on the denver bench ciuld of done a 30/20 every game n yet the haters would still find something about him to bitch about.
Hes one of the best rebounding guards in the NBA a triple double machine(dont average 10 plus assists a game bring selfish) n can run a O.Yes he has his warts as does paul but he will get up the floor much faster than paul

He opted out because he's getting more money signing a minimum deal anywhere, even resigning in Denver. And then Denver went and replaced him instantly with guys like Brown and THJ.

I guess you guys can believe whatever you want. Their lineups without Jokic last season weren't good but when they didn't have Westbrook in them they were 13.5 points better.

Westbrook was absolute dog when left to his own devices last season. 30% usage, 47% TS%, turnover rate higher than anyone in the entire NBA when not playing next to Jokic. Comically bad.

Why would Washington buy out Middleton when they can absorb 33M and some picks from a team looking to dump a contract? For sure they will hang onto him until the deadline to see if anything comes up.

Including Green in a Wiggins trade is absolutely vile IMO.

To get any asset, you will most likely have to attached Green or the 2031 1st

Yup, Dame starting throwing Giannis lobs after Khris came back and was doing it. The second Khris was traded, Dame stopped throwing lobs

In 16 games they played before Khris came back he had 6 and 8 the rest of the season.

So how many after Khris was traded?

They currently have 17 players under contract

KPJ/Guy-With-Pulse
Green/GTJ
Midds/Guy-With-Pulse (Prince has a pulse I guess?)
Giannis/Bobby
Turner/Sims

Edit: I guess we need to wait to sign Midds even if he's bought out. Man, finding a real SF is a pretty significant need.

Trent played the 3 ton last year, and will again. Any wing addition will do

The allure of Beal is that he remains lethal off DHOs, 96th percentile.

He's a free agent. It's not a trade or a draft pick.

Russ would be depth here but he'd want a lot of PT... plus non-shooting wings struggle here.. I don't think he'd come

Culturally, he's not a fit. Giannis-Dame wasn't a fit, what makes you think the chemistry is there.

Joe Johnson was an ELITE iso scorer/shooter and multiple time all-star. Barrett isnt anywhere near that type of player imo

It took Joe Johnson 6 years in the NBA to become an all star.

JJ Avg 20.3/4.9/4.5 - Shooting 46/40/76 in years 3-5
RJ avg 20.2/5.6/3.7 - Shotting 46/34/70 in years 3-5

RJ has become alot better iso scorer since he arrived in TOR

The free throw shooting from RJ has really dropped the past two years. That scares me a bit

If this is referring to my post, that's fine, but Wiggins is not an asset IMO, and certainly not enough of an asset to make that swap worth it. I think Kuzma and AJ for Wiggins makes our team worse and more expensive.

Sure, but the abuse Malik took for knowing his role & doing his job wasn't worth the delayed payout. Why would any pro choose a situation where *not* playing your damn best and *not* being fully involved due to 'mr. I guess I'll do it all myself.' Why? At least start hiring role free agents you're willing to respect. When you tell guys to just stand in the corner I don't see how you'd feel Milwaukee is some sort of attraction when there are dozens of other options where real bball is the priority, it's whole the game.

They are a non-serious organization that is ripe for the picking.

Traded for Jrue.

You traded for Kuzma.

I don’t think I would trade Kuzma for Jrue right now when you consider contracts.

You pay to keep the guys that made you winners. One & done title so, so richly deserved.

Dillon Brooks for Kuz? Don’t love the player but I think I’d explore it.

There might be some next level bad blood with the Pacers next season. You usually don't see teams publicly commenting so much about this stuff or at least usually they just give the boiler plate quotes. Horst caught them off guard and made them look a little silly and they're out here publicly trying to work through it/do damage control.

NBA needs to schedule Bucks at Pacers opening night.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
