You aren't making this up....for a change.

It's a 1 yr wait, so he'd have to be bought out before the deadline, not this offseason, for the Bucks to pick him up. That's more likely anyway.

I would love a Middleton reunion so much. The crowd would go wild too. A buy out in February so he gets 2 months per usual to ramp up just like old times.

Idk if he would prefer to keep collecting his cash though as it's his last big payday. How much of that 33 million is he going to give up?

I don't know what to make of all the Bronny hoopla. Is the media clowning on him?

here's the best part: none

this isn't like the Dame or Beal situation, it's just going to be a standard late season vet buyout.

Washington's new front office keeps making these decisions that I agree with, and yet I remain unconvinced by every single player on their team.

I guess it's better than knowing their GM is a walking disaster, but still.

The thunder salary situation is going to be crazy in a couple years. $170M for SGA, Chet and Williams. Plus a few more years of AC at 20m+ while being on the wrong side of 30.

Chet ain't a max guy, but I guess their hands were tied. Wonder if we'll see an adjustment on these below max caliber guys.

Please, for the love of god, say that none of our dudes are caught up in the gambling scandal.

Only Giannis and Bobby got some minutes that year if we look at our present tense players. AJ Green and AJ Jr played 11 and 10 minutes per game. If Bobby didnt participate we are preaty safe I think.

No way Giannis is caught up in it and there's no one else that would hurt (maybe Bobby but meh).

If anybody was wondering, current Bucks who were on the team (regular or 2 way) for some portion of the 2023/24 season:

Giannis
Bobby
AJ Green
Rollins (late add)
Dre

I'd be pretty surprised if any of these guys are implicated in any way.

Why would any other players be implicated anyways? Was Beas running a betting racket out of the locker room?

Not sure, just suffering from a lack of imagination on what else 'way worse than anyone could have ever thought' might mean.

Isn't this a known 'young person' who has previously shown to kind of change his messaging on a whim based on who he was talking to? He seems harmless enough, but I'm not sure I'd read too much into it without more context from a reliable source.

As usual he's fishing for clicks, has no new info at all and turned off comments. He used quotation marks but wasn't quoting anyone, he made it up. Nothing we didn't already know. He blocked me a long time ago for calling out his BS so I can't post his actual response from Twitter but this was his followup

No, I do not have any specific details as this is an ongoing federal investigation after all. But yes, this appears to be headed in a terrible, terrible direction that will make Beasley one of the most hated players in the history of the sport.

It's obvious bad and we will obviously get more info down the road.

Are there any projections for what Ben Simmons is supposed to get in terms of an NBA contract?

I’m guessing something that includes a lot of conditions.
