Yea i dont see kaspar in the active roster.. he is sioux falls bound.. already looking for a place to stay there most likely..if theres an injury he may get called up… but so far he has shown zero skills… like gordon ramsay would say, its not raw, its **** blue..

Now we’re dreaming

I think we’d be lucky to get 2 unprotected first rounders for Herro with the trade partner knowing his contract demands.

Ill keep dreaming that Nick Arison shares my sentiment and trades him away.

And if Herro is worth 2 unprotected firsts right now, why arent we trading him… once Powell outplays him, our offense looks more effective with him on the floor, and gets minutes over Herro, what is his value going to be? Rock bottom like it was during the Dame talks with portland?

Get him out now

I’d like to burrow your magic crystal ball.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Malcolm Brogden would be a great vet PG too have to show KJ the ropes. He’s a bigger PG like KJ that doesn’t have great speed but knows how to control pace and read the game. KJ could learn a lot from a Brogden for a year. We don’t have to run Brogden into the ground either with Mitchell.

This would be an excellent pickup. Really hope we can get something done.

I wonder if we could expand a trade:

Rozier
Highsmith
SRP

for

Dosunmu
Zach Collins
Jevon Carter

Would fix multiple issues on our depth chart.

PG - Dosunmu / Mitchell / Jakucionis / Carter
SG - Herro / Powell / Larsson
SF - Wiggins / Jaquez / Fontecchio
PF - Adebayo / Jovic / Johnson
C - Ware / Collins / Goldin

Who do you think Norm Powell is? They brought in Norm Powell to help Herro and Bam. A complimentary piece. Powell said it himself today. He wants to do whatever he can to take some defensive attention away from Herro. He's not taking minutes away from Herro. Even with the addition of Powell the team doesn't have enough creation for Powell to "get minutes over Herro". They're gonna play together plenty. Whatever dreams you have of Herro sulking on the sidelines because Powell has taken his minutes I would say hold them close because they won't be reality.

Bulls would probably want JJJ in that package.

Lakers might be going the cheaper route so it looks like Wiggins will not be headed there as everyone keeps saying our price is high. Starting to agree that it may be best to hold onto him for now. Bucks don’t have anything unless they find a third team that wants Kuzma.

Yup probably both Grant and Thybulle for the poo poo platter of Vincent, Kleber, Hachimura, and Milton. No Knecht or pick. A Cronin and Klutch special

Cronin's always loved the Lakers. I've got this in the bag.

Grant would make sense for the Lakers for a salary dump. His value isn't league wide and he's getting PAID. I think he balls out on that squad though.

Do Laker fans actually like Wiggins or is it the idea of what they want him to be? Maybe Riley thinks he can actually do something with Wiggins. Doesn’t seem like he wants to give up on him.

We should keep him IMO. I think he’s too talented a player to continue the poor display from last year. Trading him for scraps is not the right move (esp. to the Lakers!!). Unless of course we know for certain we have someone big lined up to sign here for ‘26 free agency, but not counting on it

Wiggins is super meh, but he checks several boxes:

1. Championship experience
2. Proven 3rd wheel
3. Legit above-average 2-way player
4. Reasonable contract both in length and salary-wise

No reason for Miami to give this guy away because some fans get hard-ons fantasizing about Miami rolling out a prepubescent starting 5 leading Miami to the tankland championship.
