Two Part Trade since Cavs can't aggregate
Part 1
Cavs: Garland
Cavs: Bam
Heat: Bam
Heat: Derozan and Murray
Kings: Derozan and Murray
Kings: Garland
Part 2
Kings: Carter
Kings: Highsmith
Heat: Highsmith
Heat: Wade
Cavs: Wade
Cavs: Carter
Final Trade
Cavs: Garland and Wade
Cavs: Bam and Carter
Heat: Bam and Highsmith
Heat: Derozan, Murray, and Wade
Kings: Derozan, Murray, and Carter
Kings: Garland
Heat get a better fit next to Ware in Murray to start building for future and can use Derozan as a stopgap SF to start or backup Wiggins.
Cavs: Get more big depth that has been plaguing them for 3 years in a row to add more physicality. It worked well for OKC and helped them win a ship when they were able to get larger with Hartenstein.
Kings: Really need a PG to build around. Get a young one who is locked in without having to give up much beyond Murray.

The Kings simply take Bam for themselves here.

Kings just signed Schroeder. They’re not going to trade their only wing for another small guard that doesn’t play defense.

Miami could get much better value for Bam IMHO

Re: Cleveland/Kings/Heat
The Cavs don't need Bam with Mobley and Allen, so there's gotta be a part 2 where the Cavs trade Allen.
The Heat don't trade Bam for lesser pieces, nor would they take Garland now that they have a Herro/Powell backcourt.
The Kings feel like the winner here to me.

Re: Cleveland/Kings/Heat
This is really bad for Miami. I mean, DeRozan and Murray? How many wings do we need? We already have Herro, Powell, and Wiggins as starting quality players. We can make that work. But we trade easily our best player for two more wings so we can sport a frontcourt of Ware and Dean Wade?
Miami is going to pass.

Re: Cleveland/Kings/Heat
This isn't good for the kings. I don't think Garland is worth this. Garland seems like a rich mans version of Collin Sexton and I wouldn't want to give up Murray for that type of player. Also if the heat were going to take a deal like this the kings would just take Bam.
This is only good for Cleveland.
