Beringer already has at least two blocks I know of and two shots that were altered cause he's lurking around.

Missi hard fouled him. He took a forearm to the face and was holding his wrist as well.

Two big observations early.

1. Joan is great at paint protecting, but has a weakness at reading opposing offense (very coachable.)

2. Joan is a big body but I am concerned with his rebounding technique (also very coachable.)

Beyond that Joan hit a push shot from the edge of the paint, had a nice drive, a nice lob dunk, and 3 blocks early.
