I don’t understand the mobility/quickness questioning with Tristan. He’s fine there, I don’t see an athleticism problem, he just was not healthy and hit a rookie wall the last 35 games. He’s Franz’s backup.

Oh..... And he was our 2nd best defender within 6 ft of the rim after JI last season. His ROOKIE season. Lol. He showed a lot of positives last season. Excited to see what steps he makes going forward this season.

And if he gives us 65% of what Franz can ... Which I think he is capable of.... I'm happy with it

I’m not worried about Tristan after only one year he looks allright like he was born to play in the NBA

It’s the shooting guards:

Jett Howard is nothing
Jase Richardson is a 19-year old rookie
Anthony Black couldn’t start over CuJo and played completely worthless in the playoffs.

AB wasn’t worthless during the playoffs. He was the best off the bench for sure. Not saying he was great but it was his 1st playoff experience ever.

And from what I understood.... He was coming off the bench to balance out the roster and give him more chances at being the aggressor and not just fitting into the shadows of the starting lineup.

Suggs and Bane are the better players. I think if either Bane or Suggs get injured, AB will start.

If Caleb can’t find a spot or if he just prefers sticking around, could we sign him to our gleague team and then sign him to the official team midway through the season at a prorated rate? That way he would be eligible come playoff time. Seems like it could work if I understand the rules correctly.

He can sign on as a two-way, I believe.

Are we interested in Damian Lillard? Even though he is still hurt, but adding a guard his caliber will be huge for us along with Desmond Bane and Suggs

He could sign a two-way and then get converted back to an NBA contract at any point if the Magic decide to clear $$$.

I wouldn't be interested. The odds are extremely high he doesn't play at all this season, and if he does he'll still be a 35-year-old coming off one of the worst injuries an NBA player can have.

I'd be interested in him for the 26-27 season, but not really for this season.

Dame has an interest in Miami so I think if Orlando really wanted him, the price would be higher when he wants to come back. I think the Magic's rehab facility is nice as I have seen it. They even have the underwater treadmill at the Orena. I have a pic of the Jumbo tron down like 4' off the ground with me under looking like I am holding it up like Atlas. I look like an ant it so large.

So AB was on my flight yesterday (to PHI). Low- key as can be, just chilling among a crowd of passengers seated in the gate area. Nobody bothered him…he asked me if eyriq is still keeping the faith and wanted to know why I try to trade him 5x daily.

Could be for a workshop or workout run by another player. Could be to hang out with McCain, because they’re friends aren’t they?

PHI is, apparently, a hub (I was going to London)…I was wondering if he’s making his way to Vegas to support his rooks.

Caleb had zero 0-5 games last season.

He also had zero 0-4 games.

He did have four 0-3 games.

He also had seven games where he made at least three 3PT.

Perhaps not unexpected, but Mosley today during his TV interview certainly made it sound like they envision Da Silva to be in the rotation this season.

I think we all know that... we really have no one else as a backup "big" SF.
