Give him a raise and then throw a late 2nd to NO… I’m sure Borrego would rather be on a contender

Who on the bench would’ve helped

Overall, this guy was pretty positive on Mike Brown. Said Brown will experiment and get young guys out there when he's searching to mix things up and the vets aren't getting it done. Will play a free flowing offense that emulates GSW as much as possible.
The most interesting tidbit is that Mike Brown might have had a directive to not take Huerter out of the rotation, which is why he couldn't play Keon Ellis more. The guy says that he doesn't blame Brown for the Ellis situation and that Brown wanted to start Ellis.

Thanks for sharing that. It drove Kings fans crazy about Keon not getting any playing time and Brown got a lot of blame for that, so it would be great news if he actually wanted to start him but couldn't do so

Who on the bench would’ve helped
Cam Payne
Landry Shamet
Precious Achiuwa
Delon Wright
Tyler Kolek
The same guys that came in and helped win several games before and after Brunson got hurt. Precious was an integral part of making the 2 seed last year. Payne and Shamet were in the finals playing two years before we got em. Stop acting like we didn't have a bench. It's simply not true. Every single one of them was healthy the second half of the season and the playoffs. Where a couple of them came in and helped win a game.
We absolutely had a bench. Thibs only played Deuce and Mitch. Everyone else shared 15-20 combined most nights. Thibs was OBVIOUSLY the problem. Years of proof that you and others refuse to use as examples.
You have nothing of substance to add. They suck is an opinion that doesn't hold a drop of water. Them coming in and helping us win when used is an actual fact. Many times over the years this happened.

Excuse me! Excuse me!!! Um, what's that gonna look like here now that Leon is calling the shots and orders Brown to start Mitch instead of Hart or Deuce or whomever? Brown already pledged his fealty to Leon in his presser. It was the first thing to come out of his mouth ... it's a new era of cooperation of some BS like that.

He played them. Payne sucked and the others were meh. Are you trying to say that playing those guys a little more would've won us a title?

They would have helped us get to the Finals. Absolutely. From there it's anyone's guess. Follow the facts.
He BARELY played them and there was no rhyme or reason to when or why he did. When he did play them, many times it helped win games. They literally helped us win one of the only two games we won against Indiana IN THE PLAYOFFS.![]()
You are never gonna convince anyone who isn't blind that Thibs used his bench anywhere near as much as he should have. Your opinion that they sucked is backed by nothing. My opinion that they should have played more is backed by evidence. See where this is going? You have nothing but a false narrative to run with. It hits a wall when met with facts. DOA.
