Darko be lying like crazy. Highly doubt this is true.

He probably put on 12 lbs of mass, 5-7 lbs of muscle at max.

no way to 5-7 lbs of lean muscle at 6'5 in 3 months, Ronnie Coleman eating 8 times a day and blasting gear wouldn't even be able to do that

Same thing every spring training in baseball, guys in best shape of life, showing up to camp early, new pitch, new batting stance etc. and it mostly adds up to bupkus - I will await the regular season to see any signs for optimism.

Except we haven’t had this much young talent entering their first or second season in a while.

I

Horrible conditioning and god awful defense but the offensive skillset is there

If he locks in and gets his body right he’ll be good

couple good debuts....Love what Joan showed as a defensive big, Queen looks like a vet already out there, Fears looks exciting (Most pts came from the FT line)

I swear to god CMB better be really good for this front office to pass on the numerous Centers that we could have desperately used.

For the record I wanted Derik Queen as my top guy at our draft position.
not strong, only aggresive cuz the power ain't directed/ that's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive

Bobby Webster right now is muttering:
Summer League stats are meaningless, we made the right pick.
Summer League stats are meaningless, we made the right pick.
Summer League stats are meaningless, we made the right pick.
Summer League stats are meaningless, we made the right pick.
Summer League stats are meaningless, we made the right pick.

Meanwhile:
Joan Beringer (MIN)
— 11 PTS
— 8 REB
— 6 BLK + 2 STL
— 5/6 FG
— 22 mins

I was hyped about him and we passed on a pretty obvious rim running/shotblocking C. CMB, please be legit.

Great thing for Topic is that he can rehab and spend the entirety of next season in the G League with 0 pressure.

OKC won't have a need for him until the season after when all the max extensions kick in and they gotta start cutting costs

not trolling but are there videos of Queen defensively? Everyone knows the kid has a good BBIQ.

I think you are reading the 12 lbs of muscle too seriously . He added12 pounds but Darko is probably saying 12 pounds of muscle as a way to say it’s a good 12 pounds . It’s not like you gain 12 pounds but it’s mostly fat . It’s 12 pounds that is the fruit of his labor and musculation.

But I don’t think he meant 12 pounds of muscle literally. But just that it’s a good 12 pounds added

It’s not 12 pounds of fries and burgers at McDonalds

Damn me and Queen have the exact same game but I'm YMCA point guard sized.

I can tell some folks didnt watch Queen in the actual game vs just seeing his highlights lmao.

He was terrible out there, flashed some fun stuff but he is not an NBA athlete. He's gotta get in shape asap.

He should get on that Naz Reid diet. Pretty amazing what he did his rookie year.

Skal is coming off the bench for Orlando? This could be the year he breaks out and usurps Siakam
