Antonie Walker earned $108 and filed for bankruptcy

Iverson on & off court probably near half of billion and still went under.

I put my money on Ja Morant to be on that list too, soon.

I thought Gilbert Arenas would end up broke. There were stories of his extravagant spending when he was here.

Annual reminder not to overreact to Summer league. Everyone remember how god awful Franz was?
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

He's not that. Jase, as you saw tonight, is a legit 3 level scorer that can use his length to finish with contact at the basket. It's that skill I see being so valuable at the next level and makes his ceiling, to me, much higher then people realize.

Jase Richardson is not in any shape or form the same type of player as Cole Anthony as a basketball player.

He's far better.

He just looks like a good player. He is skilled, smart, smooth. I think he will eventually surprise people. More than a rotation player.

He wasn’t awful. His shooting was bad but everything else was good. I remember saying summer league doesn’t fit his style of play.

Couldn't catch the game but where do I find the box score for our boys?

My first overreaction would be to say that Jase is in no way shape or form a PG or PG in the making if he can't corral this squad of ne'er-do-wells.

Man I have been wanting to say that line in a while.

It's just one game, and just having fun.

You could see his feel for the game was elite.

If you just watch the boxscore. Sure.

We are long passed this. Odds are, not a single person from Magic SL will be in rotation any time soon on main roster.

Maybe some sporadic garbage time for Jase and Penda, but that's about it.

And to be honest, i don't even understand why is Summer League played in current format. Why teams fill 20 roster spots with whole bunch of G league players in their mid 20s. What's the point of guys like Quenton Jackson in SL? Guy is 27 ( and you can see level of experience that is way above what rookies have ).

Not to mention Magic bringing Scal. Bro is 29. For crying out loud, he wanted to play in Europe in 2014, and no team offered him contract. Why i have to watch him in summer league 11 years later? Why his mother /brother/father finally don't finally tell him to get real job?

Summer league is like watching small people basketball. You watch it because there is nothing better to do. But almost nothing you can learn off it, just not very good quality of product, but you take it.

Just lighten up. It’s entertainment.

also had a 3 taken away due to a defensive foul earlier in 3rd quarter as well. it will be interesting to see him step in once the usual suspects get hurt for a week or so.

Not sure if anyone has said this yet, but Penda's game reminds me a lot of Boris Dias.

I know its their job, and hes always been a professional but shoutout to Greg Anthony. He was still very positive on the Magic and said good things throughout. I dont think he shouldve called this game but he did a great job.

Dias or Diaw?
if Diaw he is Diaw without a 3 point shot...which is pretty big flaw in todays NBA.Hopefully he improves on it.I wouldnt bet much on it though.
