Judging by last season, he may already have.

Gotta love Shead! I'm very high on him. I think he'll be a Raptor for a very long time. FO is clearly high on him as well because they traded Davion last season and then didn't add any point guards this summer.

Isn't Chucky Hepburn a point guard?

For the 905, yes.

That's because being so generous, the Raptors didn't have any money to add anyone - stuck with the roster they have - I'd have loved to add Tyus Jones.

All I saw here was Barnes couldn't dribble with his left, lol.

No matter what people say or what Scottie wants, he's not a pg. He's a defensive forward who's a beast in the fast break, great touch around the rim who has some playmaking chops. He's Aaron Gordon, and the sooner he embraces, the better off the team will be. That said, it's on IQ/Ingram to show they can lead an offense in the half court to make Scottie shine in the super role player role.

Mobley got real trainers. Hence, why he made a leap last season and is a better player than Barnes now.

Scottie needs an upgrade where his handles are concerned. It would be nice to see if he has branched out to utilize other trainers than his go to.

Did they also predict a shoulder injury in game 1 that would keep him out until essentially January?

I know we tanked last season and the basketball wasn’t good but did you pay attention to this team at all?

You sound like you haven’t.

He played 3 games between opening night and January 2. From January…he played every other game because we were tanking which amounted to 27 games. So between the 3 games when he got injured on opening night then came back for 2 games in November before reinjuring the shoulder…then came back again in January and never really got to play with a full roster because when he played, someone else would sit because tanking…how are you able to formulate any sort of conclusion?

Tell me that is all his fault.

Is this a run from a new day? Or is it the same run/day as the one posted earlier?

Didn’t see the video but concerning if Scottie isn’t looking improved. If he’s peaked and this is who he is for the rest of his career Idk if we’re contenders.

Okay I watched it. It was the same day but it’s a longer video with a little more footage. Scottie looked better in the this one and that play where he almost lost the handle didn’t look as bad with this angle. He hit a set created turn around midrange shot, got to the basket from a standstill from the 3 point line and made the layup, made some key defensive plays, made a couple great passes as usual and hit the game winning wide open catch and shoot corner 3. It looks like his team won the day as well. This is why you shouldn’t make too many judgments off short videos or clips. You don’t get to see enough, because the previous video only had like 2 Scottie plays (one being the fumble with the handle) and that was it. He looked just fine in this video in my opinion. Nothing crazy but nothing terrible either. And even with me saying all that, it’s a run, there isn’t much you can take from these whether the player plays good or bad. Just like summer league.
