That Beringer game was NICE. Some of those blocks were out of this world. He just looked different out there.

Also Derik Queen is going to be a fun player. That trade was still crazy because the Pelicans will not be good, but that guy is insanely skilled. We'll see if he can overcome mediocre defense/athleticism by maybe even becoming an offensive hub, but it's crazy watching him go to work.

I'm not sure his fit on this OKC team, but I am impressed by how up to speed he is after missing an entire year. It's not easy to go out there and fit into a real game after that much time off. Not sure how much, if at all he was practicing with OKC, but still impressive.

Adding Topic and Sorber as rookies to a championship squad is pretty crazy. Sorber is like the picture perfect Hartenstein replacement IMO. I cannot believe OKC got him.

Not even to mention Brooks Barnhizer, who wasn't even on my radar and looks like he can fit in their defense right now. 2.3 steals and a block last year at Northwestern. He had 7 steals today. Has a near 7 foot wingspan. His shot does look kind of rough though

I already like Jase more than I like Jett lol. I was skeptical, and I know it’s only summer league, but I like the Jase pick.

Jett in SL averaged 13 ppg on 40% for 3 on 6,7 three point attempts.

That's how some of people got hooked onto idea he is actually good. "lite Booker"

Most hilarious part is that even in summer league, he has nothing to show for.

Like, dude would struggle to be selected in Vatican national team

That interview was everything. I’m happy he’s our coach. If we get to the ECF this year or next, he might even surpass SVG for me. Just because he must not grate on the players like SVG did. They all seem to love him.

You have to think that coach being a people person and able to relate to guys and being so popular counts for something. Also good for recruiting.

Maybe he was actually bad in college because of the injury. I don't know, I wasn't doing the injury cope again after Jett  I do like his catch and shoot potential. Hornets have some fun rookies.

The Wizards can be as bad as they want to be depending on the lineups they throw out there this year. They have some real projects. Tre's handle is really loose, but has a nice high-end catch and shoot potential to fall back on IMO. Will Riley is going to take time.

I do like Kyshawn George a lot, was my guy last draft once McCain was taken.

Lol... its like Welt is hinting Gregs failure as a father( basketball -wise) lol

Tbh, the whole interview, doesnt seem like Greg was interested talking with Weltman. I think he only asked one question, and didnt seem to even smile or look at Weltman throughout the process.
