Summer League Game 2: Bucks/Cavs - 7/12/25 - 2:30 - NBATV/FDSWI

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Fri Jul 11, 2025 11:16 pm

We play Saturday and Sunday, most likely playing time will be split up amongst most of the roster over the weekend. No word if Sears is ready.

As usual please keep the posts on this specific game. Thx.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

If you’re going to win the first, may as well win them all.

Might have to watch just to decide if I am willing to sign Cormac to a full max deal

Woah dude.

AJ goes first. Maybe we can talk Cormac into a team friendly 25.

Remember, Giannis is paying CLOSE attention to these games as he makes his decision for the future. MUST win.

Every year, i go into it excited to watch the new prospects do their thing. And every year, I instead have to watch the dudes with no shot at all go into max chuck mode while our coy prospect wait politely for their moment

Don't you think the problem is we haven't drafted a real prospect recently, outside of AJ Johnson. And he chucked until his heart was content. The guys who actually translated to rotation players were guys had "no shot", in AJ Green & Ryan Rollins.

If we wanted prospects w/ real shots, instead of hail marys like the "no shot" guys, we should have moved up into the early 40's or before. Taken better players than Ajax & Tyler Smith. Guys like Raynaud, Brea, & Peavy have shown out in the 40-42 range.

I haven't seen a starting lineup yet. I imagine PT will be split up pretty evenly between today and tomorrow.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Reminder, this is on FD and NBATV. I don't know if blackout rules apply. It would be odd if they did.

You can find a bar that shows this? This was pre Bud days, but I once asked for a bar on water street to turn on the bucks game. The person said they needed to figure out what channel it was one since no one had asked all season.... It was February
