Right or Wrong, the Heat went to the finals twice with no players drafted in the top 10 with many G-Leaguers and late round picks getting solid rotation minutes. I think on one Finals run 2019 I think they had 7 undrafted players playing big roles. Those guys really bought into the Heat Culture system and played solid team ball.

Should've traded Drummond and Griffin for a bunch of picks to kickstart the rebuild like OKC did it.
