If he still wants to win another championship, it is inevitable to leave MIL.

Doesn't really matter where he goes unless it's OKC, or Boston when Tatum returns I guess. I don't see him winning another ring any time soon, barring injuries to other squads

San Antonio is the most likely destination for him that is rumoured to be in the running for Giannis's servicess for him to win another ring or two, they would be the next generation of twin towers aka Duncan and The Admiral (whom were a sheer delight and pleasue to watch together, lucky Spurs fans)

But as a loyalty enthusiast, I hope he plays out his career in Milwaukee. I really hate ring chasing player Stan's who only root for players, not teams and want their favourites to try change teams to win as many chips as possible.

Maybe I am an old fart, I just cannot see any rational or logic behind that type of fan support.

Basketball is a team game.

Even if Giannis went to the Knicks, NY would still not win the championship. I know that would attract the viewers and that's ultimately what the league wants.

Getting Giannis in a trade won't come cheap especially if dealt in the same conference. Brunson & Giannis is a nice combo but what other pieces are around them that would be championship worthy? I don't have confidence in Mike Brown as a head coach or the stability of their front office. Also, the West is better so I don't see NYK beating a top 4 Western Conf team in a 7 game series. So yah, I'm pretty sure on this one.

Some of these athletes are borderline dumb.

Especially Giannis. We just saw the organization he is so loyal too waive Lillard like used tissue. They will dump him as well when they don't need him and have used his likeness to sell as many arenas and pushed merch. He is also in a position to demand out and get zero flack for it as well so no downside and all risk in remaining loyal to a loyaless franchise.

Nuggets have zero assets and no cap space. The Spurs are a better fit due to cap space and assets they can give to Milwaukee. Wemby and Giannis are GOAT tier. Hell even the Lakers makes more sense, Luka and Giannis also fit better.

They just signed Myles Turner and are getting Cole Anthony off waivers. Trent and Portis are coming back. Milwaukee has a chance in the east if Kuzma can bounce back and give them someone this year. Where do you think he should go that would be a better situation?

O.G., Bridges, and and whatever firsts they can scrounge up could work. Giannis needs to play with a stretch five anyway.

I think the Cavs would be a great fit for him, but the Knicks would too.

People are just venting their hatred of Milwaukee and the fact they have the best player in the world. People thought this team was going to be forced to sell Giannis because they have no avenues and were salivating about low balling the Bucks but now they double down and lash out rather than admit fault. Giannis is not demanding out and your team’s best poo poo pile of assets is not enough, you would not have a team left afterwards which defeats the purpose of the trade. Giannis will remain a Buck.

Idk where this dumb narrative that the Bucks are a terrible team right now, like they won 48 last year and at least the same or better now. Dame at this point of his career is not a needle mover, his offense didn’t fit with Giannis and he was terrible defensively.

Some people think every player wants to go play with other star players just because a few have done that throughout their careers. Milwaukee is trying i mean they upgraded at center and Cole Anthony is a nice pickup. Not sure why Kuama played like garbage but hopefully he can bounce back next season. I dont see why Milwaukee cant win 50 games and be a top 4 seed next year.

Makes me like the guy much more.

What exactly is the argument for going anywhere else? Dude has won a title with Milwaukee, has won an MVP with Milwaukee, will make an absolute crap ton of money in Milwaukee, will make the HOF with ease, will and is going to retire an absolute legend in Milwaukee, and apparently really likes living there.

good news for Bucks fans "but" he said probably and that is a big difference from the loyalty is in my DNA comment. To me what that means is he needs to perfect situation for him to leave. So no James Harden in his DNA.

Not even just that, these people think the Bucks should give that up and tank even tho the team doesn’t control its own draft picks until 2031. It’s just pure sour grapes and crying from the entitled media and the dumb fans who buy their narratives. Nothing the Bucks get in return would have made the Bucks contenders in the next ~5 years, Giannis doesn’t want to leave, the Bucks can contend in the east right now with Giannis.
