If he's playing with g league level talent, guys aren't cutting. Guys are standing around. We're not running any sets. Guys aren't making shots or moving to the right spots.

But playing with real talent on the big club, it'll be a different story.

JB and D-white will love playing with him. He'll be throwing dimes to them as well as Pritchard and Hauser..

The ball will be flying around once he gets acclimated into the system..

Hes nowhere close to being ready to step onto an NBA court imo

Based on 1 and a half summer league games? SL means very little in terms of projecting how well these guys are as NBA players.

Again, Amari is the type of guy who would look better when playing alongside actual NBA level talent.

Also, given the fact that it's a bridge year for us and how weak we are at C, I think he'll get a chance at some rotation mins..
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Seems like I get backlash for saying this. But he does not deserve to be on this roster.. why is he still here? Because he has some unique abilities?? Sorry but that is not enough..

Can't imagine why you'd catch any flak for that. Seems self evident.

Reminder, summer league means very little.

In summer league, Kabengele was better than Wembanyama. Carsen Edwards was better than Trae Young. Rome Langford was better than Hauser.

Kevin Knox was better than Jalen Brunson.

C's hitting 19% from 3--to the Knicks' 14.3.
