I think it’s overall a good strategy IMO (even if obviously Shooting is also important) but I am convince it’s easier to improve shooting compare to work ethic , character , length etc…

Kid was a MENACE defensively.

Loved what I saw.

His offensive game will come around. Kid is special.

I know what I said earlier in this thread but after that second half I’m a CMB believer. He just looks like he’s gonna be good. Just gets it. Insane reaction time and processing speed.

The track record of teaching shooting to good defensive players who can't shoot is MUCH better than teaching defense to good scorers who are poor defenders

Good showing by CMB in the 2nd half.....I am pretty sure Raptors are trying to make him more of a wing in the NBA than a big man....Considering they are slimming him down and he looked to be standing at the 3pt line majority of the game.....He had 8 fouls so he has to try and play D while not fouling....His offensive game will need alot of work though....Free throw shooting and 3pt shooting he might struggle at.
