I didn't know getting 8 was even possible.

i would like next game they give cmb a couple of iso drive plays and a couple of post ups inside

he is thicker and stronger than you think, you cant back him down easily...6'8 in shoes and 7'1 wing he has enough reach to contest and block shots

but the one thing i love about him already is that he plays hard and hustles and crashes the boards, his defense could be at scottie level sooner than you think

You can tell he hasn't been on the court in awhile, getting him some burn so he can start ramping up his workouts is ideal.

Kid is a menace on the court defensively, he didnt have anything run through him offensively, but the best way to put it is, hes just a very good basketball player. The sky is the limit, love the way he approaches the game.

CMB's reaction time to catching passes made by the man he's guarding is pretty insane

You clearly never watched the Hoffa summer league year.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

Some people just impact winning....he seems like that guy...as does Barnes. Being able to sit Barnes and bring in CMB with definitely help the Raps win games.

The big question is them playing together. Maybe that happens with more shooting around them and not Jak this year coming year. Who knows.

Knowing he hasn't really played in 6 weeks and it was his 1ST run with these guys, not a bad start. This seems like the "floor" on what he can do and will become.

I thought he looked more comfortable as the game went on. He was a little stiff and lost defensively early, but once he got up to the speed of the game, you could see the impact he can make on the game, which he displayed on that block/dunk sequence. He's doesn't look big out there, but he plays big and he inserts himself everywhere.

It was mentioned that he got hurt during the draft process so he hasn't played much recently, so they just to get him minutes to work himself back into playing condition.

He’s actually pretty big for 6’7”. Wide shoulders. Long arms. Hes a tank out there. Plays big and fast. Going to get even stronger.

True, he's like a mini-barnes from a body type standpoint.

Not so mini. Barnes was an inch taller at the combine, and 15 lbs lighter.

I thought he looked really good on defense but in the early go he looks better in a back-up C role to help his offense. Got to keep his confidence up.

Mogbo looked much better on-ball which might mean he needs some development time to adjust before we turn loose his driving game.

The two jumpshots he took looked bad. He is a year away at least. Low release point and slow and he almost gets no lift from his legs. One was a wide miss and the other short.

He has great hands so let him be a free safety type of defender to protect the paint and rebound. He can score more off putbacks at least for SL.
