Not this trade!
Even if JV doesnt play, the Nuggets got out of Saric's contract. It was a dumb trade for the Kings period lol

JV doesn't move the needle for the Nuggets. Do you think their second unit becomes significantly better with or without JV?
I don't think so.
If Nuggets could have somehow gotten old man Horford, now that would be a different story, JV, not so much.

Oh okay, nature is healed then.
Kings lose every trade like the sun comes up every morning.
Yes, he’s does. If he can even give Jokic an additional 5-6 minutes of rest, it’s worth it. They had the corpse of Deandre Jordan as a back up. It’s not even a debate that it’s a massive step forward.MyTake_1 wrote:This has been a very hot topic for some reason, I am not sure why.

The one thing you don't know about our team is...
At practice we play freeze tag
He 1,000% would be a difference maker/needle mover for Denver. It's not even debatable.MyTake_1 wrote:This has been a very hot topic for some reason, I am not sure why.

But is he going to Denver or to Greece?

Glad to know he can read and does know how to respect an NBA contract.
It would have been great if people in the NBA could read too and knew how to respect players in Europe under contract and avoid tampering.
I’ve going back and forth with a couple folks last week. Give me one example when the NBA negotiates with a foreign player, the buyout amount was not agreed with the foreign team? What about when the buyout was not agreed, was the player not required to play for his foreign team anymore?
The NBA has a set limit for overseas buyouts. It was 500k in the past/750k present day, and the rest have to be paid by the player. If the player doesn’t want to pay that amount, he needs to finish his contract until he can play elsewhere (just like any sport contract basically).

JV at this stage of his career is superior to Horford (at this stage of his, career) as far as elevating or rather preventing the 2nd unit from collapsingMyTake_1 wrote:This has been a very hot topic for some reason, I am not sure why.

Everything I've read about him is that he's a pro. Shows up, does his job. He's also gonna love playing on a winning team for once.
Could be wishful thinking, but I think he's going to have fun and play well in Denver.
