Summer League Game 3 Knicks vs. Nets 6:00 PM Eastern time 7-15

The Nets are showcasing their 11 rookies, so this might be a tough one. The nets recently played the Wizards in a tough matchup.

And we shot 6 for 37 from 3 in our last game and like 2 for 18 in the first 3 quarters of game 1 before landing a few in the final seconds of the 3rd and 4th quarter.

It's hard to win or even stay close, when you shoot that bad. A few players have stepped up so it hasn't been all bad, but we're going to lose big if we keep shooting bricks.

Still . . . can I get a GO Knicks!!!

Is anyone going to watch?

I know it’s just summer league but I’d like to see a game where the guys look like they give a **** to be there lol

I don't think the problem is that they don't care. I think the problem is that a lot of the players aren't very good.

Kolek might not be who we thought he was, and I was always a little concerned about his lack of athleticism last year, but it's more noticeable this summer. Most of the players can't shoot, and that's not the end of the world because it's summer league. Huk isn't here to shoot, neither is Diaware or Nnaji, but have a few of those guys on the court together and we're a team of bricllayers.

Beauchamp is a perfectly fine 15th or 16th man. He's the guard version of Jacob Topin. Maybe he's a small forward but he plays like a guard, and he can't shoot. If he could hit 3s, he'd be a valuable off the bench player.

Dadiet shows flashes and is probably the best outside shooter of the bunch, outside of maybe Baba who's barely played. Dadiet's not bad, but . . .n his case, I don't think he cares. He knows it's just summer league and he's on a guaranteed deal.

McCullars, I think, he's the most fun to watch because he's got some all around game and he's auditioning for a final roster spot. He also can't shoot from outside, but he does enough of the other things well, that he's got a shot at making the roster.
