He was used better in game one if I recall.

He needs Maxey, McCain, etc. who can feed him. Those are all easy looks and he get absolutely body most players in the league

Slow pace. Once the guard crosses half court, we try to run a 3-man DHO, but it’s usually blown up, refs are letting the Wizards play physical, and our guys look lost. Before you know it, the shot clock’s down to 10 with poor spacing and a clogged paint.

I missed the first quarter . Does VJ look rusty or hand bothering him?

Or is he just off?

They didn’t call a single foul for him and was tough to get our offense going. Played great defensively.

Now he’s being more aggressive attacking the rim and getting free throws.

VJ took off the tape wrapped around his hand, maybe it was bothering him.

I think he’s going to play awesome with Maxey and McCain. Multiple guards who can attack the rim, pass, and shoot.

Rather than watching Maxey be the only player who can create lol

VJ comparing himself to Jrue, Oladipo, and Dwade is interesting. They were all 2 ways that could defend but also legit combo guards. I think him being able to play the combo and not just wing rises his ceiling.

He has better court vision than I thought and tbh I knew he was a great athlete but the way he moves around on the floor he has that quick twitch explosiveness like a Jah or Ant except hes not the on-ball menace they both were coming into the league.

I get Judah is the best ball handler on the team but him dribbling too much and not wanting to give the ball up is obnoxious.

Schifino can't play and Salis looks lost. So much for finding a big ball handler.

Thats why he’s guaranteed to average atleast 20ppg at some point, he can shoot and he can blow past 5s in a 1-5 PnR.

JHC needs to be banned from the league.
