I watched their last game. Kon tried a pull-up 3 off the dribble and looked so awkward I almost laughed.

Kon had a great game yesterday. Just wait till he sees better spacing in the regular season
I saw his great moments. He can draw and dish nicely.

I think it's just different, and it also includes Ament, so there's clearly 4, just like 4 with the current class.

I think probably the one big difference is that Flagg is a weird alpha, he doesn't jump off the screen as a freak athlete, or a monster big, he's just a guy that makes every right play, every right time, and is always producing, he's like a perfect old school basketball player who fits the modern game.

Peterson sounds like a combo guard from hell monster, Dybantsa sounds like the classic super freak Wing, who slacks a bit too much on defense, Boozer is the classic big/stretch 4, fundamentally sound Because of his dad, I guess, but also modern, because he knows he needs to be able to hit from 3, and Ament is the oh my god, how good could this guy be as he grows and grows and grows and is now a 6'11" Wing supposedly and a freaky freak.

This past class a year ago, was the old school in the modern age Flagg, Bailey, the wannabe Durant, Harper the potential monster PG, and Edgecombe, not quite the attractive athlete/measurements guy for his position as Ament seems, but just fabulous athlete and great 2 guard.

They are just different groups, and it feels at least like the '26 group is more vivid on the screen than the '25 group is.

Ament is the one I'm most curious about, and Dybantsa's defense, and Boozer's 3. Other than that, I think I get them.
Ament is Durant.

AJ can’t dribble, shoot or pass. He’s great on the break but lacks the fundamentals. He needs to seriously improve his handle and shot. And wow, the Sixers summer league team is mid

Watkins is tough and a big time defender. He’ll get minutes with the Zards.

8 freaking steals tonight!

I’d cut Dillon Jones asap if there was a roster crunch. Can’t imagine I’d ever what to play Jones over Watkins in the regular season

AJ Johnson has a pretty good FT%, which usually means he can be transformed into a reasonable shooter. I would have him work on just one thing this season - develop a consistent shot. If he can do this, it will open up the rest of his game. I dont care about his strength, weight, dribble, or even defense, and so I'd have him work on those things secondarily. He will be 21 yo soon... still young, but time is ticking.

I understand Bub, Kyshawn & Sarr not playing. They were starters or regular rotation players in the league last season. Even Tre I understand as good as he played the first 2 games, but he should have played. He's a rookie with no NBA experience and only 1 year of college ball. And VJ would of been a good matchup for him. But I definitely don't get Riley not playing. That dude needs to play as much as possible!

Tre Johnson had a tight hammy so they made a decision that it wasn’t worth risking.

I was hopeful, he can get to the rack, but his game is actually very limited and he doesn’t know how to setup his teammates. We need PG prospects.

I think I may have been way off on Carter Bryant to.... I never didn't think he'd be good, I just didn't think he was what we needed, but for the Spurs with multiple facilitators, he's perfect and his defense is nasty.......
