The 2029 LAL 1st inclusion is an absolute dealbreaker imo.

Utah could use their John Collins TPE to take on a big salary (Vanderbilt?) for a future FRP. Otherwise I don't see much use for a 3rd/4th team in any potential Dallas/Laker Lebron deal.
