Sleep on. Quietly Portland is cooking very very hard.

For Dame to now play for Portland. Ouch

This seems totally unfair and shouldn't be allowed

I think the young Blazers are going to surprise this year. They're not gonna win anything but they'll be a tough out every night.

I def see em making the play in.

Swapping Simons, Ayton for Holiday, Yang was a net positive. Improvement from everyone around. The math maths.

The Blazers traded Lillard for... eventually Deni, 2 MIL picks, Jrue, Camara... and Lillard.

Real talk, I have to feel Lillard knows this is probably his last 3 years. He might not care about getting a ring and wants to still retire a Blazer, and after Cronin met with Dame to make amends... that was that.

In nearly 30 years of watching the Blazers, I genuinely can't say there's been a single moment this mindblowing. The Yang selection was funny and a surprise... but this... after everything else... just wow.

Yeah, but it's still a random salary, Blazers have many rookie contracts and they're not going to compete for anything in the next couple of years, so it's not like Lillard's deal will really affect them even in worst case scenario.

I wonder if the Heat might be keen on Dame. Maybe Cronin can make amends there too

I want proof this wasn’t the greatest trade of all time on Portlands end. We got Dame back along with a full quality reset and 3 future MIL picks just cause

Sells tickets, boosts franchise valuation (along with Yang), and creates some feels karma.

This is what you do when you're not trying to win.

The Allen family doing what they think is best for Portland. Great job!

The team ia for sale, Adam Silver says they need a new arena, so the Allen family gives Portland something to be happy about.

Come someone make sense how he is getting 70m when the bucks stretched him?

Wouldn't that make it the 22.5m + 14m?

And they got Dame back on a quarter of the contract they signed him for...

Dame just resigned because of Yang. It's clear.

Literally 0 downside. at first look the trade looked light for Portland but getting Demi 2 1sts and a swap was huge gambit

The Allen group doesn't give a **** whats happening. They're checked out and focused on the sale (as they should). Cronin has a blank check and doing what he wants, that's clear.

Don’t care how the deal was made, but Dame being in Portland is good for American professional sports.

Next step - get another professional team in Seattle. If this happens, I’ll spend literally weekends in the Pacific Northwest.
