Blazers somehow now having both Dame and Jrue is pretty funny

Glad he is back in Portland. I thought he would sign there.

next offseason. We didn't really need it anyway during the season. Then it'll provide the 5m benefit during that next season. And I think during the '27 offseason, but that part I'm not sure of, cuz Dame's original contract would have lapsed? But maybe you still get it from the hold.

Now he is gonna collect 50+ mil from the bucks and gets paid by the blazers to rehab at home and have access to world class facilities. Rough life for Dame

Classy move by dame. I would have hated seeing him on Boston or Golden State.

That’s annoying. Dame makes off like a bandit here.

From a cap perspective, the Bucks are essentially getting paid to have Myles Turner for the next couple of years. Then the following 2-3 yrs they pay effectively 50m. But you'll never hear it framed that way by media & opposing fans. They'll only cite the $50#, which is a half-truth/deception.

Does Dame really collect in cash the entire amount from the Bucks and Blazers? Ignoring the cap.

We just lightened our dead cap load a little, now let's torpedo that effort and then some.

At this point, idk. Jrue's defensive numbers really fell off.

But he technically can play wing, and he can hit open 3s, and he shouldn't cost anything.

****....are we doing this?

Blazers didn't willingly take on Jrue's contract with no attached compensation just to trade him immediately again lol.

Why would we give up value to get our pick swaps back? You got a trade in mind to trade them again?
