Only portland is dumb enough to give him such a contract when he was already making that enormous money with milwaukee. Its an awful contract from an older player past his prime recovering from an achilles tear and its basically dead money.

Its still not as bad as paul george’s contract who just had another knee surgery today…

The elite "recruiter" that doesn't close any deals

Good for Dame though..he looked like a fish out of water in Milwaukee, now he gets to finish it out where he started. Feel good story for their fanbase.

Could you all imagine if we had traded Herro and a bunch of future draft picks, JJJ, and Jovic for Dame… and this were the result anyways (him going back to Blazers while we pay the big millions for less than nothing). I bet we would have extended Butler too… so we would be paying all that money for Butler who has checked out and Dame whose body checked out and he went back to PTX.
