Recoup this year, get a top 4 drsft pick, be ready for next season, just in time to watch Bucks implode and then have Dame get in Giannis ear to come to Portland where they can offer them back their 29, 30 and 31 picks back so they can give in and rebuild. Portland owns Bucks fate.

C - Clingan / Williams / Hansen
PF - Antetokounmpo / Grant / Murray
SF - Dybantsa / Avdija / Thybulle
SG - Sharpe / Camara / Holiday
PG - Lillard / Henderson / Holiday

(Probably some of those guys might go for cap purposes)

something tells me Giannis and Dame may not have that type of friendship.. their whole relationship felt forced and clearly something wasn't exactly clicking. That proposed team would be a better well rounded roster but with a far worse and older Dame and guys that have not proven it on the big stage. Not sure why in that case Giannis wouldnt just go to the Spurs or Houston?

I'm assuming as Giannis is still under contract, Bucks would pull a Cronin and focus on the best value. Is getting your own picks back and being able to tank better than someone else's picks? I guess if they are Phoenix picks maybe they are better, but Phoenix still has Booker, where Bucks would have very little

I do agree, not sure Giannis and Dame are that tight. Didn't a report come out about Giannis approving the waive of Lillard, then Lillard with the cry emoji?

Mentioned a variation of this trade not so long ago. DeRozan and Powell are boys. What a weapon it would be having DeRozan anchoring the second unit scoring off the bench. Would be top 5 team in East with a chance to make some serious noise adding two proven scoring vets in Powell and DeRozan.
