If John Lucas III can make an NBA roster and even play Playoff minutes why can't Yuki!?

Good point. I'd legit finally take my daughter to a WCB game like I've been meaning to for years.

F that. Buyout Carter and sign Yuki to main roster.

No thanks, it's very unlikely that Yuki can ever be a contributor due to his size, and yeah Carter has been disappointing for us but the flexibility that his contract could bring in trade this season is the biggest upside between them IMO.

I woulda thought we coulda dealt him to MIL, given their PG needs. He was great for them a couple years ago.

To be fair he really only played on the Bulls, no one else wanted him so again what does that say about the Bulls and their "prospects"...i feel it would be the same for Yuki, hence why an imploding team like the Grizzlies rarely called him up last year. That's not necessarily the type of guy you "should" use a 2-way contract on, 2-way should be about finding young talent that you develop in the G-League then call up the next year (Bulls have been terrible with this so far imo)

Signed and waived by Utah, Toronto, Houston, Boston, Washington, Minnesota, only really got significant look in Chicago and that was only due to major injuries to Rose/Watson, same in Tornoto when Calderon/Lowery went down.

Miller
Obey
Young

Someone has to go and idk if the bulls want to cut one of these guys. And Yuki isnt as useful off the bench. Maybe they find room for Young or Obey and move then to the main roster. So they can give Yuki a spot.

Miller easily and I'd be fine with Young too. He can score at SL level, but he has no NBA future at his size with no PG skills. Lachlan isn't going anywhere, so I don't think it's even worth discussing.

Pretty sure Toronto gave JL3 a two-year guaranteed deal after his stint with us, even if ut didn't work out in the long run.

We always sign the most useless, lowest upside non-NBA guys to our two-ways anyway, so the Yuki signing is a breath of fresh air.

Low risk, medium reward signing.

Different era. Not saying Yuki can't make it, but it'll be tough. I'm a huge fan and psyched about the signing.

To be honest Yukis main draw here having signed a 2 Way is simply to have a PG in the developmental system who plays in the style we want on the main roster.

This is great for Noa.
