The Development of Kelel Ware
Miami Heat Management should consider some variables in player development. Kelel Ware is a good player that could use more structured and discipline in his development. The possibility of Chris Bosh assisting in the development processes as a special assistant should be considered. Chris Bosh brings a good history as a player and skills. Kelel Ware would benefit tremendously from his knowledge. Also working with Bam Adebayo and coach Spoelstra would enhance his growth; this could be a turning point. Bringing Miami Heat back to be a contender in the Eastern conference as Pat Riley can bring in more talent. Ware has shown promise but the path to success needs some assistance (helping hands). If all parties are engaging to permit this opportunity to happen this could be beneficial to the Miami Heat organization.

Ware needs to decide if he wants to be great or not. Being a guy whose focus and intensity comes and goes on and off the court is not going to cut it no matter who is coaching him. If he intends to coast, this isn't the place for him. This franchise expects a strong work ethic from its players.

To develop one needs consistency in playing time. A defined role that plays to one’s strengths. If we are serious about Ware he should be getting 30 mins a game at center, if not trade him for someone who will get playing time. We are not contenders, so a developmental season should be the goal.
To be fair the same applies to Jovic. We said he is untouchable in trades so there is no reason he shouldn’t be getting at least 30 mins a game at PF. Bam still gets his minutes playing half the time at PF and half the time at Center. Remember this is a developmental season.

You develop your game off the NBA court. The fruits of your work off the court reveal themselves on the court.

I said Ware had a lot of Willie Cauley Stein in him in his mental make up, even if Ware decides to "to be great"and gets past all the motor/playing hard issues he doesn't have a superstar skill set he's got good role player skillset maybe he can be a better around the rim worse 3pt shooting Myles Turner he doesn't understand the game well enough and needs others to set him up to be consistently effective.
Cause of his size and skillset he will always have some monster games which will mask the reality where he's getting spoon-feed and drilling 3s with the occasional half hook, he can t play make nor could he do much in the post against most NBA strength Cs even when he gets stronger he's not that body type.
