Yeh this is more like it, I think the hold up on the wiggins deal

I just googled and = Rui Hachimura, Dalton Knecht, and draft assets, was just rumor apparently?

Found this link, also says Lakers no longer interested, probably because price too high for Wiggins?

Reading the chatter at a high level, it kind of feels like LeBron could be ready for a trade and we’re ready to accommodate…. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he was moved. I think the league doesn’t want to see him fade away on the Lakers as Lucas second fiddle, either…. So maybe a half way decent trade could even be possible…

Speedy recovery, Bazley. Damn. I thought he’d crack our rotation. Love the energy he plays with.

Interesting that Dalton basically tanked his trade value in summer league play. When he played big minutes and needed to last year, he showed his worth and also potential in the league. His stats in March were good for almost the whole month and he had that monster game vs Portland where he scored 27 to with 8 rebounds and 2 blocks on 42% from behind the arc.

I have to think the trade either screwed up his confidence or that he's literally trying to become hard to trade to stay in LA, which is crap way of doing it, but he's also looked legit uninterested in trying this summer, not going for rebounds or defending... IDK what to make of him right now.

Maxi and Knecht for Robert Williams, I would risk it for Williams.

Knecht has no value, right now.

Role with; Ayton, Hayes Williams

Also this would leave a open roster spot

And as I post this...

Breaking! Marcus Smart to Lakers

I like Goodwin, would like to keep him... watch someone get Shake and Knecht and Dalton goes on a revenge tour, though.

I no longer want Williams lols.

That said make a trade free up a roster spot and go for Bol bol on open roster spot

Yeah that's my thing with him. with roster spots and money not sure how it would happen unless there is a minor sign and trade, but Al Horford seems like a champion addition to me as a veteran leader. Gabe Vincent can kick rocks and if it takes Dalton, so be it. Shake obviously gone.

Milton is probably out, likely Goodwin, too.

Would love Horford here. And BolBol. ::D

Rui, Vincent, Klieber are expirings.

Consolidate Hayes, Klieber, Jemison, Koloko into one serviceable defensive C. Kessler!

Keep Knecht.

Smart has a player option so that he can be a free agent in a year or two when there's more money in the FA market?

So he's betting on himself. Since leaving Boston, he's had a lot of injuries but maybe he wasn't inspired to play much for Memphis or Washington.

He relied on his physical abilities and a dog mentality in his first years when he built up his rep. People wonder if on the downside of his career he still has the physical ability which he'd need as a short but stout guard.

If motivated, he should be able to still defend at a high level. Again, the incentive is to earn a bigger contract.

Smart is obviously a much better player than Jordan Goodwin

And, we don't need so many short players
