Signing Bassey to a vet min deal is equivalent to the Celtics signing a $15 million player because of the repeater tax. Celtics would have to pay $15 million. That should give you your answer.

With how good his passing is and the type of scoring/shooting talent he'll be surrounded with, there potential is there for Amari to rack up a ton of assists in a Celtic uniform.
