I think ocean security is going to be a big deal and also they have some very interesting renewable energy unmanned vessels that drones can land on and charge. Could totally see something like that being a lot more common the more tense countries get with drones and unmanned tech

Good enough for me. I checked through it and looked solid. You're now looking at the majority owner of Ocean Power Technologies.

jmo but upside is rather limited. The company is doing some interesting stuff but the float is really high compared to other companies like it.

LAC is still the long play I'm throwing the most into. Guaranteed revenue source, their project is fully funded, and the stock price is beaten to hell right now due to lithium prices being their lowest in a long time. I am buying every month and trying to keep my ACB under $3, but I expect late 2027/early 2028 we are moving from a lithium surplus to lithium deficit (expect EV and data center demand to continue to rise), along with Thacker Pass opening, which even at reasonable lithium prices is sitting on an insane amount of money (217.3 million metric tons estimated). Their current market cap is only $600 million.

This one is only a buy if you are willing to wait.

I've looked a lot at OPTT, and I'm in agreement with you on that.

I bought OPTT after it was mentioned a week or two ago and it’s up 19% since then haha

High float doesn't scare me, keeps it less volatile also helps bring in institutional investors. I think it's about to pop. Also a week ago they just hired their new Senior VP of commercial sales who was a 33 year Navy vet Captain who specialized in unmanned vehicles and submarines. He has a masters in engineering and industrial management. He's a perfect fit.

All companies have an Achilles heel and if OceanPower is the float so be it but I think they'll be a staple going forward. Once they ramp up production I could see it steadily outperform any expected gains. Most my investments is in safer long term investments but this is one I could see exploding. Could also blow chunks, nowadays who the hell knows

To be clear I just said upside. I didn’t say it wouldn’t perform. Just there’s higher roi out there

Totally fair. Just something that I look for usually. Not to say it won’t do well or even outperform my expectations. Better to have a system and stick to it then just throw money at random things people suggest lol

I'm a long hold on everything guy. The days of buying/selling at the right time became too stressful for me haha. Wishing I'd have bought more!

I am. I've had it for awhile. I haven't bought any crypto for a long time and don't plan to but I'm enjoying the ride. Up 75% the last month. I may take some profit but keep holding most of it. I also own some Polygon and Ankr. Polygon is up 43% and ANKR 39% the last month.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Lot of profit taking on XRP. I had a limit order to sell a little at $3.50 and it's dropped way below that. That's why crypto money is just gambling money not investment money.
