Do you guys think we will extend Jenkins? Hate the thought of losing him but we have been putting so much into the line I wouldn't be shocked if he's the casualty next off-season and just take a comp pick for him.

I think a lot of it depends on how Morgan and Belton look

I wouldn't, although he's serviceable and helped far exceeded his draft selection i think Belton and Morgan have more upside and more talent overall. Let them fight for the spot this year and next and save some bucks for someone else.

Jenkins has two years left on his deal and will turn 30 this season. I think it's highly unlikely likely they extend him into his mid 30s
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

If Jenkins has been "serviceable" what kind of bar do you have for "good"?

Im not even advocating for him to get extended into his mid 30s but damn.

Oh, I thought he was a free agent after this season. So Walker is the one they need to extend if possible then.

Either way I'm glad we kept Tom at that price

Yea, Rasheed Walker & Sean Rhyan are free agents after this season. If the Packers want to create cap room they can cut Jenkins and save $20 million though which is certainly a possibility

oh my bad I messed up, when I read Jenkins I was thinking about Walker for some reason. Jenks is far from being serviceable. I think I need a vacation lol.

RT is more coveted than LT?
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Jenkins had been excellent filling in for Bakhtiari right before getting that extension though. Part of the cost was his ability to play any position, not just his ability compared to any other LG.

Love building around a strong OL. Hope Jordan Morgan justifies last year's pick.

I think both will be gone and we will get some nice comp picks, especially for Rasheed, who plays a top OL position.

Between Quay, Rasheed, Rhyan, Doubs, Watson, Enagbare, & Willis I'd be pretty surprised if the Packers don't max out with 4 comp picks for the 2027 draft. Even if they choose to re-sign one or two of those guys

Sounds like they are skipping the WR/DB split and going full-time with the corner switch for Bo.

We'll see if it works out but this feels like such a weird half-measure in response to doing relatively nothing to improve the corner room/depth. They're banking an awful lot on 3 guys (Hobbs, Valentine, Nixon) who haven't proven much playing on the boundary/outside.
