Crazy how **** stacked the West will be next year compared to the East:

1. Thunder - MVP Shai, Chet, Williams, depth.
2. Denver - MVP Jokic, Murray
3. Houston - Durant, Thompson, Sengun and depth.
4. Minny - Edwards, Randle, Gobert and depth.
5. Clippers - Kawhi, Harden, Zubac and depth.
6. Warriors - Steph, Butler, Draymond.
7. Lakers - Lebron, Luka and better depth than last season.
8. Spurs - Wemby, Castle, Fox etc.
9. Memphis - JJJ, Ja and depth.
10. Dallas - AD, Flagg.
11. Kings - Sabonis, Derozan, Lavine.

Portland is also up and coming and Pelicans can still be competitive of Zion is healthy.

Absolutely nuts.

If you look at the top 15 players in the league next year, majority of are in the West.

Shai (West)
Jokic (West)
Durant (West)
Steph (West)
Luka (West)
Wemby (West)
AD (West)
Lebron (West)
Kawhi (West)
Edwards (West)

Meanwhile the East next year has Embiid, Giannis, Brunson, Towns, Brown, Banchero, and Cade as its best players.

Sure, we can add Mitchell and Mobley.

Just saying that the discrepancy in talent is crazy.

If I were to put a top 10 for next year:

1. Jokic (West)
2. Shai (West)
3. Giannis (East)
4. Luka (West)
5. Embiid (East)
7. Steph (West)
8. Durant (West)
9. Edwards (West)
10. Kawhi (West)

Then you have Lebron, Brunson, Mitchell, AD, Kawhi, Wemby etc. but it's still majority in the West especially because Haliburton and Tatum are out next season.

Missing Bam, but yes. It's not looking good next year.

Abolish conferences for the playoffs. You don't get true parity until this happens.

Is a sharpshooter and that's his calling card. He was a bit slow defensively his first couple of seasons - saw ample time in the GL with the OKC Blue, and actually helped that iteration of the team win the GL Finals a couple years back in part because he turned the microwave on power 10. Moves decently as a cutter and will surely help with some of that. He doesn't initiate or defend where you need it for the NBA, but I think he accepted his role with OKC, provided some okay offense for GSW, and various minutes behind a pretty stacked DET team that had players of his archetype (Beasley and THJ) playing the same position.

I think GSW would have retained him if not for basically being a casualty of a salary match GSW/DET. Now the Pistons have Duncan Robinson, who is basically a larger and more veteran variety of Lindy. Seems like a decent swing for a player still finding his way. He was a 4-year college player and 27 years old, these could be his best years athletically so I think it's a good signing.
Cheers

In addition to that, we dont know if Embiid is still alive...

We can use the The Ring top 100 to not make it too subjective. https://nbarankings.theringer.com/

They put 5 East players in Top 15. But if we discard Haliburton and Tatun, there are only 3 healthy Top 15 players in the East: Giannis, Brunson and Donovan.

Just started to watch Belgian GP, I am few hours behind... But man, safety procedures ruined F1, the most exiting thing in F1 used to be rain, now they do not allow them to race at all during rain. I get that safety is important, but they used to race during rain all the time in the past and everyone were fine, I imagine these current racers probably wouldn't be fine because at this point, apart from grandpa Alonso, none of these pilots ever raced during this condition and wouldn't know what to do.

I was so exited to learm that it might rain during race, and now I see black flag, very disappointing.
