ORL/SAC/LAL

Post#1 » by dcstanley » Thu Jul 24, 2025 1:19 am

ORL in: Malik Monk and Dalton Knecht
SAC in: Rui Hachimura and Jett Howard
LAL in: Goga Bitadze and Anthony Black

ORL adds more shooting and scoring off the bench at the expense of their third center and third guard.
SAC adds a true four to the roster that can space the floor and finish at the rim. Very good fit with Sabonis.
LAL adds a competent backup center and a young athletic perimeter defender.

Lakers stealing a lot of value.

Orlando prefers their defensive identity/versatility to Monks scoring/lack of shooting. I also don’t think Monk has the value you think he does.

If the money works the norlando should be keeping jett howard. Monk for rui is fair.

Orlando added shooting with Bane and Jones. Goga is their backup center right now. the Monk train left with Bane's signing.
