Doesn't it feel weird to just unabashedly hate something for no good reason? Like, we're here on a forum for pro basketball yeah, but there are countless levels below that, why do we only get derogatory about it when it's a women's league? Why not trash the level of competition in the g league when it's mentioned, how come people don't get to projecting their shortcomings when the Big 3 is talked about?

Long story short, you should feel embarrassed for 1.) thinking those thoughts, and 2.) putting them out into the world as though we aren't all looking at you like less of a person now.

For going back at the bold

If you're a mod, why wasn't that addressed?

Because she doesnt agree with our stance, Posters who attack/bait us are given a pass while we arent.

Whoa.
Hold the phone!!!

1) Don't degrade the Woman's League. It's sexist. Period.
2) Don't engage in personal attacks.
3) Follow the Mods directions.
4) If you have a problem with a Mod, then bring it to Howard Mass.
5) We're going to BAN people that don't follow this.

No ones degrading anything!!!

1) talent level lacks
2) players are entitled
3) compating it to early nba is ridiculous

This is not "degrading" ita realistic.

That said… saying the WNBA is beyond criticism is of course asinine. Demanding more money when the league has yet to turn a profit is a bad look. It should be noted however that business owners play games to avoid paying taxes especially when a business is young. So “the league has yet to turn a profit” while technically true might be a distortion of reality to some extent.

The league is unquestionably growing in popularity.
Players earning below 100k a year seems wrong. Making the league minimum 100 or 150k would be a good start.

The talent disparity between this and girls like Clark and Bueckers is comical. Instead of embracing the talented girls who are bringing more eyeballs, clicks and money to the league; there’s a bunch of petty, insecure, jealous children doing everything in their power to tear down Clark. It pathetic and it pushes people away from the WNBA.

That girl getting rejecting at the club was hilarious

I'm not even sure what the point was of posting that Tweet. For every one of those you can find an NBA player on Shaqtin A Fool. I mean c'mon, there are plenty of players in the association that are complete ass. Clark hasn't even been close to the best player in the league this year despite her popularity. And it's more than just her and Bueckers. Best player in the league is still A'ja Wilson, although Napheesa Collier is right on her heels. Breanna Stewart, Cameron Brink, Kelsey Plum, Sabrina Ionescu, all excellent players. And JuJu Watkins ain't even arrived yet. Talent is not the problem. Just because men in the midwestern United States have a thing for Clark (and I'm not necessarily calling you out for this specifically jmr) doesn't mean she's the only talent that people come to see. It's just not true.
and that's "MR. Irrelevant" to you!!

This thread is going sideways faster than a Joakim Noah free throw.

Anyway kids, let's get back on track with some Zidane highlights. Can't believe it has been 20 years since that game.

A bit surprised Amir Coffey is still unsigned. I've always liked him. Good size (6'7), 38% 3-pt shooter. If there's a lefty Clipper FA I'd like to have on this team, it'd be him. And yes, we don't need another wing but I believe he can play and defense three positions.

He's who you hope Walsh might turn into someday.

Okay. I already posted and then took it down by accident. But my nephew is in greece and he just played a youtuber in a one on one and beat him on front of a thousand people, which included isaiah thomas..

And isaiah thomas just posted it to his account on X. Unfortunately, isaiah thomas didn't want to waste time playing my nephew l o l.
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

There was a time when I believed Bron was 2. He’s no longer in the top 5 IMO. Went on a deep dive. Things I said about him years ago, very few people agreed with me. Now people bring up stats and analysis that are along the same lines. I listened to his fans and critics and I agree with the critics! He’s great but not the greatest! It’s not even close imo.
